Terms of Service

GreetTune generates personalized audio content (“Song”) based on the information you provide in the bot (for example: recipient name, occasion, style preferences) and delivers it digitally inside Telegram.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

Songs are digital goods/services delivered electronically in Telegram, usually automatically after payment and order processing.

Payments may be processed by bank card on audioseparator.tech and/or via Telegram Stars, depending on the method shown in the bot. Card acquiring is performed by a payment provider; Telegram Stars purchases are governed by Telegram's own terms and rules.

You are solely responsible for the text/data you submit, for any publication/use of the generated Song, and for compliance with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to submit content that:

• promotes, justifies, or supports extremist or terrorist activity;
• contains calls for violence, threats, harassment, hate speech, or other unlawful acts;
• infringes third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, publicity, or reputation).

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel orders that violate these rules and, where required by law, cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

The Service, software, and templates are protected. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered Song for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless the bot explicitly allows otherwise.

Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy and form part of these Terms.

Songs are generated automatically. Output may vary. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Service acts as a technical tool and does not pre-approve each user request or public use of generated Songs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date will be updated accordingly.
