Refund Policy

Songs are digital goods/services delivered immediately after purchase. Completed digital deliveries are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Payments may be made by bank card on audioseparator.tech and/or via Telegram Stars. Card processing is performed by the payment provider. Stars purchases are generally governed by Telegram's rules; however, in certain cases we may initiate a refund if technically possible and appropriate.

We may refund or offer regeneration if:

• You were charged but the Song was not delivered due to a technical error;
• The order did not complete but funds were charged;
• There is a confirmed duplicate charge for the same order.

Contact support and provide:

• Your Telegram username/user ID
• Order time and details
• A brief description of the issue (screenshots help)
